" With over 15 years’ experience in real estate and business broking, Phil Booysen brings a practical, commercially focused approach to every transaction. His career began in engineering before progressing into lower and middle management roles within high-volume production environments, providing him with a strong foundation in operations, systems, and financial performance.

After relocating to New Zealand, Phil established and acquired several small businesses, successfully growing and selling them for profit. Having personally experienced both sides of a transaction, he understands what business owners actually care about — value, risk, timing, and clear outcomes. This hands-on commercial background naturally led him into business broking and commercial real estate.

In 2010, Phil moved to Australia to further expand his expertise in business sales, commercial property, and leasing. He has since built a reputation for straight-talking advice, clear communication, and practical deal structuring, with a strong focus on small to medium enterprises and commercial property.

Phil is a fully licensed real estate agent and business broker and recently joined All Commercial Real Estate after identifying a strong alignment in values, integrity, and client-focused service.
